Resident sets bags out

Between 6–8 PM Sunday–Thursday, residents place 1–2 tied bags flat outside their door. Rules and schedule live on a branded door hanger we install at launch.

We pick up every door

Two-person team walks every floor with a utility cart, picks up all bags, and hauls them to the property dumpster. High-vis vests, gloves, professional uniforms.

You get a nightly report

Digital completion log delivered to your inbox the same night. Photos of the dumpster area before-and-after. Issues flagged immediately, never hidden.

Puerta means "door" in Spanish. Our name is a quiet promise: we show up at every door, every night, and we treat each one like our own. We're starting in our home community and growing across the Texas Rio Grande corridor — one apartment property at a time.
